How much does it cost to hire dedicated developers?
What a dedicated, AI-augmented engineering team costs per month, what is included, how to scale it, and when a fixed-price project is the better choice.
Our AI-augmented team starts from $6k per month and includes 2 to 4 senior engineers. It is billed monthly and can be cancelled on 2 weeks notice. It suits ongoing product work where the scope keeps changing. For a defined project, a fixed-price MVP Sprint or Product Build is usually the better fit.

What is included?
- Senior engineers working an AI-first workflow, with every line reviewed.
- Weekly demos and reporting.
- Time-zone overlap agreed before we start.
- Scale up or down at any time.
- Code, IP and repositories in your name.
Dedicated team or fixed price?
- Choose a dedicated team when you have a roadmap rather than a spec, want to scale capacity up or down, or are extending a product you already run.
- Choose a fixed price when the scope is clear and you want the cost and date written down before work starts.
Many clients start with a fixed-price MVP and then move to a monthly team. For the longer comparison, read staff augmentation vs in-house hiring.
What is not included?
Hosting, licences and third-party tools are billed by those providers to accounts in your name.
