How can you be this fast without cutting corners?
AI handles repetitive work: scaffolding, tests, documentation and boilerplate. Senior engineers own architecture, security and every code review. We also start from proven open-source cores instead of a blank repository.
What does fixed price actually mean?
Scope, price and delivery date are written into the proposal. If we misjudge the effort, that cost is ours. Anything you change is quoted before work starts.
Will I own the code and IP?
Yes. The code, IP and infrastructure are 100% yours from day one. We build on open-source licences, so there is no vendor lock-in.
Can you work in my time zone?
Yes. We cover the US, Canada, UK, Europe, UAE, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, with overlap hours agreed before we start.
Do you have fintech and compliance experience?
Yes. We have built payments, invoicing and lending products, and design for PCI-DSS, GDPR and PSD2 requirements from the first sprint.
How do we get started?
Book a 30-minute call. Within 24 hours you receive a scoped, fixed-price proposal with a delivery date.
What is your delivery process?
Discovery and scoping, design, build in short sprints with a demo each sprint, testing, launch, then 30 days of support. The detail is on the how we work page.
How do we communicate during a project?
You get a shared channel, a weekly demo of working software and a written status note. Tools and meeting times are agreed before the start.

How do you keep prices lower than a traditional agency?
AI handles repetitive work, we start from proven open-source cores, and senior engineers focus on the decisions that matter. Less rework, fewer hours.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
Any change is written up and quoted before work on it starts. You approve the price and the date impact, so the original fixed price never moves silently.
How do payments work?
Fixed-price projects are paid in milestones tied to working software you have seen. The AI-augmented team is billed monthly and can be cancelled on two weeks notice.
Is hosting and third-party software included?
Our fee covers design, engineering, testing and launch. Hosting, licences and third-party usage costs are billed by those providers to accounts in your name, and we list the expected amounts in the proposal.
Do you offer a retainer after launch?
Yes. Every project includes 30 days of launch support, and after that you can move to an AI-augmented team or a maintenance retainer, or take the code and run it yourself.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, we sign your NDA or ours before you share anything confidential.

Technology and security
What technology do you build with?
Mostly open-source stacks: React and Next.js, Node.js, Laravel, Python, Java and .NET, on AWS or Azure. We pick the stack that fits your product and your hiring plans, not the one we prefer.
How do you handle security?
Security is part of the build: code review on every change, access control, encrypted data and dependency checks. Our company holds ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications. See the security and compliance page for details.
Do you use AI on my code, and who sees it?
AI tools help with scaffolding, tests and documentation. Senior engineers review all output. We agree in writing which tools may see your code before work starts.
