  • Design

    UI/UX Designer

    Design the products our clients ship: research, flows, prototypes and design systems that engineers can build from.

    What you will do

    • Turn briefs and scoping calls into user flows, wireframes and clickable prototypes.
    • Build and maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma.
    • Work with engineers through build and review so the shipped product matches the design.
    • Test designs with users and revise them from what you learn.

    What we look for

    • A portfolio showing real product work, with your process and decisions explained.
    • Strong Figma skills and a good eye for layout, typography and accessibility.
    • Clear written and spoken English for client calls.

  • Marketing

    Digital Marketing Manager

    Own how Techrays Labs is found: search, content, social and paid channels, measured by qualified leads.

    What you will do

    • Plan and run SEO, content and social campaigns for our target markets.
    • Manage paid campaigns and report on leads, cost and conversion.
    • Work with our team to turn engineering knowledge into articles, guides and case studies.
    • Track results in analytics and Search Console, and adjust the plan each month.

    What we look for

    • Hands-on experience running SEO and paid campaigns for a B2B or services business.
    • Comfort with analytics, Search Console and reporting.
    • Good written English and an eye for clear, honest copy.

  • Sales

    Tele Caller (Gujarati and Hindi)

    Call and follow up with leads in Gujarati and Hindi, and book discovery calls for our team.

    What you will do

    • Call new enquiries promptly and understand what they need.
    • Follow up with leads by phone and WhatsApp and book 30-minute calls for our team.
    • Record every conversation accurately in our CRM.
    • Share what customers ask so we can improve our pages and proposals.

    What we look for

    • Fluent Gujarati and Hindi, with clear spoken communication.
    • A polite, patient phone manner and the discipline to follow up.
    • Comfort using a computer, a CRM and WhatsApp. Basic English helps.
