INDUSTRIES / MANUFACTURING

Manufacturing software that connects the shop floor.

Production tracking, inventory, quality and supplier portals, built at a fixed price by senior engineers working AI-first.

(01) Typical products

What we build for manufacturing.

  • MES

    Production tracking

Work orders, stage status, output counts and downtime reasons captured at the line.

  • STOCK

    Inventory and BOM

Raw materials, work in progress and finished goods, with bills of materials and reorder points.

  • QUALITY

    Quality checks

Inspection checklists, defect logging, batch traceability and corrective-action tasks.

  • MAINT

    Maintenance management

Asset registers, planned maintenance schedules and breakdown tickets on mobile.

  • SUPPLY

    Supplier portals

Purchase orders, delivery dates and documents shared with suppliers in one place.

  • DATA

    Plant dashboards

Output, yield and downtime per line and shift, so supervisors see issues while there is time to act.

(02) What matters

What matters in manufacturing.

Factory software fails where the floor meets the screen: gloves, patchy Wi-Fi and legacy machines. We design around those first.

  • Simple floor interfaces

Large controls, few taps and barcode scanning, because operators work fast and rarely at a desk.

  • Machine and ERP data

Machines, PLCs and your ERP speak different formats. We connect them through a small integration layer and keep raw readings.

  • Traceability

Batches, lots and inspections link back to materials and operators, so a recall question gets a fast, accurate answer.

  • Works through outages

Floor apps keep working offline and sync when the connection returns, so a network drop never stops a line.

(03) Architecture

A layered stack, on open source.

A typical manufacturing platform keeps shop-floor capture separate from planning and reporting, so a reporting query never slows a line.

(04) Engagement

Three ways to work with us.

  • 01

    Fixed-cost projects

Scope, price and date agreed in writing before we write a line of code. Milestone payments, change requests quoted upfront.

  • 02

    MVP in weeks

From idea to a live, investor-ready product in 2 to 8 weeks, on open-source foundations that scale with you.

  • 03

    AI-augmented teams

A dedicated squad of senior engineers with timezone overlap, working AI-first. Scale up or down on two weeks notice.

(06) FAQ

Manufacturing questions, answered.

What manufacturing software do you build?

Production tracking, inventory and bills of materials, quality and traceability, maintenance management, supplier portals and plant dashboards.

Can you connect to our ERP and machines?

Yes. We connect to common ERPs through their APIs and read machine data through gateways or exports. We confirm what each system exposes during scoping.

Will it work with poor Wi-Fi on the floor?

Yes. Floor apps queue entries locally and sync when the connection returns, so a network drop does not stop production.

Can we start with one line or one plant?

That is the usual route: one line or process first, then roll out. You own the code, so extending to more lines does not mean a rebuild.

Do you support traceability for audits?

We build batch and lot traceability with an audit log of who changed what and when. Your quality team decides which standards apply to you, and we build the records they need.
