INDUSTRIES / SAAS
SaaS product development from MVP to scale.
Multi-tenant platforms, subscription billing and admin tools, built at a fixed price by senior engineers working AI-first.
(01) Typical products
What we build for SaaS.
- TENANT
Multi-tenant platforms
Accounts, workspaces, roles and data isolation, designed so one customer never sees another's data.
- BILL
Subscription billing
Plans, trials, upgrades, invoices and failed-payment handling through your billing provider.
- ONBOARD
Onboarding flows
Sign-up, invites, import and guided setup that get a new account to its first result quickly.
- ADMIN
Admin and support tools
Account lookup, impersonation with audit, feature flags and usage limits for your own team.
- API
APIs and integrations
Public API, webhooks and connectors to the tools your customers already use.
- DATA
Product analytics
Activation, retention and usage dashboards, so roadmap choices use real behaviour.
(02) What matters
What matters in SaaS.
SaaS products are judged by what happens after launch: billing, support and the second hundred customers. We design for those from sprint one.
Tenant isolation
Data separation is chosen deliberately, row-level or per-tenant, and tested so cross-tenant leaks are caught before release.
Billing edge cases
Proration, failed cards, refunds and tax are where revenue leaks. We handle them with your billing provider's own tools.
Observability
Logs, metrics and alerts from day one, so your team finds problems before customers email you.
Security reviews
Enterprise buyers send questionnaires. Our ISO 27001:2022 certified delivery and documented practices shorten those reviews.
(03) Architecture
A layered stack, on open source.
A typical SaaS platform starts as one well-structured application and splits out only the parts that need to scale on their own.

(06) FAQ
SaaS questions, answered.
What SaaS products do you build?
Multi-tenant platforms with sign-up, roles, billing, admin tools, APIs and analytics, for B2B and B2C products. Most projects start as an MVP covering one core workflow.
How fast can we get a SaaS MVP live?
MVP Sprints run 2 to 8 weeks depending on scope, at a fixed price agreed after a free scoping call. The MVP covers one workflow end to end plus sign-up and billing.
Do we own the code?
Yes. You own the code and the repository from the first sprint, and the stack is open source, so there is no lock-in to us.
Can you take over an existing SaaS product?
Yes. We start with a short code and architecture review, then agree a plan for fixes and features. We tell you honestly if a rewrite would cost more than repair.
How do you handle subscription billing?
Through your billing provider, for example Stripe, so card data stays with them. We build plans, trials, upgrades and failed-payment flows on top of it.
