Central European Time is UTC+1 (UTC+2 in summer). Our 09:00 IST day is 04:30 CET, so a Dutch or German team can hold stand-ups at 09:00 local with our engineers already well into their day, and review work before their afternoon. Overlap is 4.5 hours on standard time; the clocks changing in March and October shifts it by an hour for a few weeks in each direction.
The EU GDPR applies to anyone processing personal data of people in the EU. Sending data to a processor in India is a restricted transfer under Chapter V, normally handled with Standard Contractual Clauses plus a transfer assessment. We sign data-processing agreements and can host in EU cloud regions, so personal data need not leave Europe at all.
Our European enquiries come from many countries, so we do not pretend there is one European market. Dutch, French and German buyers differ on language, invoicing and works-council expectations, which we raise during scoping.

Questions from Europe.
Can personal data stay inside the EU?
Yes. We can deploy to EU regions on AWS or Azure. Where access from India is needed, we use Standard Contractual Clauses and strict role-based access. Backups and logs are treated the same way, so personal data does not leave the region through a side door. We document where each category of data lives.
Which European countries do you work with?
Clients from across the EU and neighbouring countries. We agree hours, language and invoicing details per project. That includes the Nordics, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal and Ireland. Overlap is comfortable because India's working day ends as Europe's afternoon begins.
Do you invoice in euros with VAT?
Quotes can be in EUR. VAT treatment depends on your country and business type, so your finance team confirms it. We sign a data processing agreement where we handle personal data for you and keep a list of sub-processors, and your counsel reviews both before the project starts.
Do you build for PSD2?
We build payment and authentication flows designed with PSD2 in mind, usually through a licensed provider. Licensing stays with you or your provider. Strong customer authentication is the part that most affects design, so we plan the flows with your provider early, before screens are drawn.
