AI-driven software development for US teams.

American product teams ask us for the same thing: a senior squad that ships on a date they can plan around, without a second hiring round. We quote in dollars, build on open source, and agree the working hours with you before the first sprint.

(01) Why us

Why United States teams choose us.

  • Fixed price in USD

Scope, price and delivery date in one proposal, quoted in US dollars. MVP Sprints start from $6k (placeholder, confirmed in your quote).

  • Shifted hours, not a night shift

Our standard day ends before the US morning starts, so we move a squad to a late shift. That gives you a live working day instead of an email relay.

  • State privacy law aware

Products are designed with CCPA and CPRA in mind: consent records, data-subject request flows and a clear data inventory. Counsel decides what applies to you.

(02) Coverage

Your hours, our working day.

0.0 h core overlap / 9.0 h shifted · 09:00 to 18:00 Eastern or Pacific · USD

A normal 09:00 to 18:00 day on the US East Coast is 19:30 to 04:30 in Ahmedabad, so the default India day has no overlap with it. For US clients we assign a shifted squad whose day runs roughly 18:30 to 03:30 IST, covering the full East Coast afternoon and the West Coast morning.

That arrangement suits what US teams usually ask for: a daily stand-up at your 10:00, code review while you are at your desk, and demos on your calendar rather than ours. West Coast teams overlap the early part of the shifted day; East Coast teams the later part.

The US has no single federal privacy statute, so requirements depend on your users and sector. California's CCPA as amended by the CPRA is the one most product teams meet first. Health data may bring HIPAA, which we have worked within on AWS, and card data brings PCI-DSS.

(04) Fintech

Fintech, built to be audited.

US fintech work is shaped by a patchwork of federal and state rules and by the sponsor banks and processors you partner with. We build ledgers, ACH and card flows on Stripe, and KYC and audit trails designed with those programs in mind. We do not hold or claim any US licence or regulator approval; your compliance team and counsel own that part.

(06) FAQ

Questions from United States.

Can your team work during US business hours?

Yes. We run a shifted squad so stand-ups, reviews and demos land inside your 09:00 to 18:00 day. We agree the exact hours in the proposal. Daylight saving shifts the overlap twice a year, so we adjust the squad's start time and confirm it in writing each time.

Do you invoice in US dollars?

Yes. Fixed-price projects are quoted and invoiced in USD with milestone payments. The figures on this site are indicative starting prices. Milestones are tied to working software you have seen, and each invoice states what was delivered. Payment terms are written into the proposal.

How do you handle California privacy requirements?

We design with CCPA and CPRA in mind: consent capture, access and deletion request flows and data inventories. We build the product features; your counsel confirms how the law applies to your business. That includes a record of what personal data you hold and where it flows, which also helps when a customer sends a security questionnaire.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do, from day one. We build on open-source licences, so there is no vendor lock-in. Code, designs and infrastructure sit in accounts and repositories you control, so there is nothing to unpick if you choose to move work in-house.
